Arch support is off due to which my whole leg is in pain during walking and for more than a day even after I stopped using the shoe. I tried it after 2 months I bought it and I missed return window. Used it twice and afraid to wear them due to the pain these shoes are causing

In some places I have seen crocs advertised as fitting 10-11 or 11-12 so chose 11s, my feet having been recently measured as 11.5 after years of me buying 10.5 extra wide. In my confusion I bought size 11 crocs thinking they would be 11-12 and they aren't. My big toenail presses on the front of the shoe and they are unwearable. I am now reluctant to buy any more - if I buy online and they are still wrong I have thrown good money after bad; if I but in-store they may cost me twice as much.
