This is the first time i have left a review but felt compelled to share my experience with potential purchasers. When I saw the quality of the red stripe (wonkey around the toe and not a neat fine line) I thought these must be seconds. However I then checked these to several pairs of originals that I have bought from well known high street shops. My other pairs were made in Vietnam, these are made in China!! The biggest difference is the insole, these are rock hard, not the spongy quality of a true pair of Converses. Yes the Amazon ones are cheaper but if they're not comfortable then a complete waste of money. Shame on you Amazon for selling these. I have sent these back for a full refund and notified Amazon.
